Cranberry orange relish recipe. Easy homemade cranberry relish. Perfect side to go with turkey and mashed potatoes.

T’was the night before the holiday and all though the house, the kids were in bed… but mom was probably doing the dishes. Or thinking about the meal for the next day.
Do I have enough sugar?
Even though this year might look a little different, there are a few must haves. One of them being homemade cranberry orange relish.

I haven’t always been a cranberry orange relish girl. I too liked those jelly can lines that go with turkey. Then one day a friend made homemade relish, and even though it wasn’t the same, I liked it even better!
So can lines, no can lines. You DON’T have to draw the line. Try it all! The plate’s big enough.
Cranberry Orange Relish Recipe

Ingredients
- 1- 12oz bag fresh cranberries
- 1- orange with the peel
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 TBS lemon juice
In a Food Processor
Rinse your cranberries and add cranberries, sliced orange with the peel, sugar and lemon juice to your food processor.

Pulse until combined.
It really is that easy! You can adjust the sugar and lemon slightly to fit your tastes, but this is a must have at our holiday table.

If you come over and want the canned stuff, that’s fine. I probably have one in the back of the cupboard, and it still has a couple years before it expires.
Happy cooking!
