Since we’ll be making this recipe in a mason jar, all you’ll need the next morning is a spoon.
OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE
Ingredients
- ⅓ old-fashioned rolled oats
- ⅓ milk
- ¼ vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- pinch of salt

Note- This recipe makes 1 cup of overnight oats and fits perfectly in a smaller 8oz mason jar. It’s a great size for elementary school children and if they happen to not finish it, you can put the lid back on and save it in the refrigerator for later.
Gather Your Ingredients
In an 8 oz. mason jar add ⅓ cup old-fashioned rolled oats, ⅓ cup milk, ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt, ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries, 2 tsp. pure maple syrup, 1 tsp. chia seeds and a pinch of salt.
Shake vigorously and place into refrigerator overnight. Enjoy the next morning for a quick and easy breakfast.

- Keep on a low shelf so it’s easy for little ones pull them out and help set the table for breakfast.
