Pomegranate Salad Recipe with Apples and Pecans

Pomegranate salad recipe with apples and pecans. Delicious and refreshing winter salad idea that is both light and flavorsome.

Oh how I wish pomegranates were available year round! This sweet and tangy fruit is perfect for salads. (if I’m able to stop myself from eating them before they make it into the salad bowl)

However, it seems like lately they are a bit harder to find in stores and when they are available, they go quickly. We’ve learned our lesson and when we can find them we grab a few at a time and put them in everything.

Pomegranates in our oatmeal. Pomegranates in our yogurt. And pomegranates in our salads!
