Turkey and Dumplings | Easy Homemade Recipe

Turkey and dumplings homemade recipe. Easy recipe made with simple ingredients. Follow along with these step by step directions.

We’re a big turkey family. At the beginning of the week I buy a frozen turkey breast and once thawed, I toss it into the crockpot. The rest of the week I have cooked turkey to turn into everything! Soups, enchiladas, pot pies, fajitas and so on.

It makes meal time so much easier having the main part of the dish already cooked and ready to be made into new dishes every night.

Tonight it’s a bit cold outside and I bet the kids would like something warm. So we’re making turkey and dumplings.

Follow me on…

Turkey and dumplings have a lot of the same ingredients as my turkey soup, (or even pot pie!) but something about the soft, warm dumplings on top, elevate this dish into feeling just that much more homey and hearty.

So if you’re new to dumplings, this easy to follow along recipe is just for you. And I’m sure you’ll be adding this dinner to your weekly meal planning menu, during the colder winter months.
