Ingredients
14ozsweetened condensed milk (one can)
2.5cupsmilk chocolate chips
1tsp.vanilla extract
3/4cupwalnuts
Instructions
Line a 9x13 baking dish with tin foil, leaving a bit of an overhand for easy removal. Note-You can flip the dish upside down and form the foil to the dish and then simple place the tin foil inside. That way you get a perfect fit in the corners.
Over low heat, in a medium saucepan, combine 2 ½ cups chocolate chips and 1- 14oz can sweetened condensed milk, stirring frequently with a spatula. Add 1 tsp. vanilla extract and fold in ½ cup chopped walnuts, leaving the remaining nuts to sprinkle on top.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top with a spatula. Add remaining chopped walnuts and gently press them into the mixture. Refrigerate for at least two hours to allow the fudge to fully set.
Once set, use the edges of the tin foil to lift the fudge out of the dish. Slice into small squares or rectangles and enjoy!
