Tips and Tricks
  • These haystack cookies can be a bit messy. Try not to overdue it with extra chocolate as it causes them to melt and be very sticky to eat.
  • The marshmallows help bind this recipe together and give it a nice soft texture against the crunch of the chow mein noodles.
  • As you are making your haystacks, try not to make them to large.
  • This haystack recipe doesn't form like cookie dough. The cookie begins to hold its shape once it begins to cool.
  • Best if left in the refrigerator overnight in Tupperware.
