- 16 oz fresh strawberries
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 14 Graham Crackers sheets
In an 8x8 dish spread a thin layer of whipped topping.
Add a single layer of Graham Crackers, breaking them into smaller squares to fit into the edges of the dish.
Spread a generous amount of whipped topping onto the Graham Crackers.
Slice fresh strawberries and place on top of the whipped topping.
Continue to make this layered pattern until you reach the top of the dish. Which should be 3 layers of whipped topping, Graham Crackers and sliced strawberries. Cover with tin foil or similar and place in refrigerator at least four hours to allow crackers to become soft and cake like.
*Note- Place whipped topping in refrigerator to fully thaw to allow for easier spreading. *Note- It is recommended to use store bought whipped topping and not homemade whipped cream. Homemade whipped cream tends to become runny in the refrigerator if not used right away and this recipe needs to chill in the fridge at least four hours before serving.
