- 9 rectangular graham crackers
- 2 TBS sugar
- 4 TBS butter
Place your graham crackers in a food processor and chop into fine crumbs.
Place into bowl and add 2 TBS sugar and 4 TBS melted butter. Mix.
Spray the bottom of the pie pan with cooking spray and firmly pack the graham crackers into the dish using your fingers or measuring cup.
Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until the sides turn a light golden.
Allow to cool and add your filling.
I tend to go with 4 TBS melted butter. Feel free to add an extra TBS of butter if you're looking for a less crumbly crust. Salted or unsalted butter works just fine. Since I usually have unsalted, that's what I use. But I've had no problems with salted either. Sometimes you run out of sugar! No worries, you can substitute for brown sugar as well. - The nutrition information provided is an estimate and will very based on different brands of ingredients that are used along with cooking methods.
