Homemade croutons recipe to top your next salad. Quick and easy croutons to add a bit of crunch to any salad dish.

I stopped buying croutons.

Several years ago I just decided to stop buying them. Oh, we had good intentions to eat them with our salads but sometimes salads come in phases. Leaving half eaten bags of croutons in the pantry to go stale.

I guess the majority of people would throw away the old bag once a new one came into the house, but not us. No, I would hoard them along with their different seasonings, until I finally decided to throw them away months later.
