Tri tip roast on the grill

We grill tri tip roast year round. That includes the Arkansas humidity in the summer and frigid temperatures in the winter. Sure, it’s no winter in New England but it’s still cold.

Being as it’s one of our favorite Sunday dinners, the pain of babysitting it is worth it. Or at least that’s what my husband says, as I sit inside and show my support from a warm kitchen.

One hour before grilling set the tri tip back on the counter to bring it up to room temperature.
